Terms of Service

Effective July 13, 2026Last updated July 13, 2026

Section 01

Using Clipdify

You're welcome to use Clipdify for personal and commercial projects within the limits of the plan you've chosen.

You agree not to upload content that you don't have the rights to, that violates someone else's privacy, or that is unlawful where you are.

Section 02

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us at security@clipdify.com if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to exfiltrate other users' data, or repeatedly violate these terms.

Section 03

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

All sales are final: we do not offer free trials or refunds. See our Refund Policy for details. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current or prior periods.

Section 04

Your content stays yours

You retain all rights to the video, audio, captions, and exports you create with Clipdify. We claim no ownership over your work.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of running the service for you.

Section 05

Publishing to third-party platforms

When you connect a social account (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others) and publish through Clipdify, you authorize us to post the content you select to that account on your behalf.

You remain responsible for complying with each platform's own terms and content policies. We act only on your explicit instruction and never post without your action.

Section 06

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or third-party failures.

Section 07

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our practices change. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
