Refund Policy
Section 01
No refunds
All sales are final. Clipdify does not offer refunds for any plan, subscription, credit, or add-on, under any circumstances, once a payment has been completed.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy.
This includes, without limitation, dissatisfaction with the product, accidental purchases, unused time or credits, or a change in your circumstances.
Section 02
No free trial
Clipdify does not offer a free trial. We keep a free tier so you can evaluate the product before you pay — please try it there first, since paid purchases are non-refundable.
Section 03
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you are not billed again after that.
Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current or any prior period.
Section 04
Billing errors
If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — email support@clipdify.com and we'll correct the genuine error. This is separate from a refund of a valid purchase.
Section 05
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can resolve genuine billing errors faster directly. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
